i have no clue whether or not it's time expisure, i just ripped it off of a website i found. and who are you?
 

i think yes on the timed exposure. esp with the blurred-ness of the edge between land and water.
 

i agree, but it can't have been more than a second or so of exposure, though... the clouds are clearly defined and there's still some topography visible in the ocean. again, i don't know the actual answer.
